Qualifications

• Welding experience or welding certification is required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, plus NCRC or three years of manufacturing experience.
• Welding certification or six months of welding experience in manufacturing.
• Two years of manufacturing welding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies by welding per specifications.
• Adjust welding voltage, heat, pressure, and speed to maintain quality.
• Maintain production records and check conformance to specs.
• Operate CNC, robotic welders, grinders, hoists, and fixtures safely.
• Move materials with forklifts or industrial trucks as needed.
• Follow work instructions and conduct routine equipment checks.
