Qualifications

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Reads and follows blueprints, routers, specifications and other instructions in order to build and assemble parts and equipment in an accurate and timely fashion.

Operates overhead crane and fork trucks while moving and assembling product.

Prepare equipment for shipping.

Operates machine shop equipment.

Perform full testing of functionality of robotic operations of each system to ensure customer's needs.

Education and/or Experience

Requires education generally equivalent to a High School Degree. Certification in a related field is preferred.

Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant manufacturing/mechanical experience.

Requires mechanical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, and understand the metric system.

Preferred Experience of working with electrical wiring and reading related drawings.

Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and other manufacturing instructions.

Must be familiar with portable power tools and machine tools such as drill press, band saw, cut-off saw and grinder.

Requires basic computer knowledge and good communication skills in order to interact with employees.

Requires a basic knowledge of pneumatics and electronics.
