Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plasma spraying experience.
• Aerospace environment experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Good mathematical and measurement skills.
• Comfort with interpreting work orders and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties to plan, set up, and spray parts to meet production requirements.
• Mask and/or grit blast part to prepare for coating; adjust flow and speed for best results per specs.
• Work with Engineering to develop plasma spray programs and determine parameters for new or modified products.
• Ensure use of proper fixtures and tools; maintain inventory and requisition materials as needed.
