WEBCO MFG in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator for a day shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm). Pay ranges from $35-$40 per hour plus benefits and opportunities to grow within an Employee-Owned company.

Your role includes programming (10%) and operating (90%) automated welding robots, supporting process optimization, and training teammates to ensure proficient welding and productive robotic cells. This position emphasizes safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Robotic Welding experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of robotics and welding.
• Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to engage in advanced mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Program (10%) and operate (90%) automated welding robots.
• Provide programming and engineering support to welding operations.
• Optimize current welding programs to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Follow defined weld schedules and transfer new products to robotic equipment.
