Daily Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate robotic welding machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Load raw metal components into welding fixtures and jigs, ensuring proper alignment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings to confirm correct part setup.
• Use a tape measure and other standard measuring tools to inspect finished parts for accuracy.
• Unload finished assemblies and perform basic quality checks on robotic weld seams.
• Make minor adjustments to machinery or wire feed under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work cell, adhering to all factory safety protocols.
