Job summary

TRITON METAL PRODUCTS INC. in Hamilton, IN is hiring a Robotic Weld Operator for the night shift (8 pm–6 am). You will load and unload robot welding cells, measure parts for conformance, and position, align, or secure workpieces against fixtures while following strict safety protocols.

The role requires a basic understanding of MIG welding, the ability to read blueprints, and accurate use of calipers, tape measure, and gauges. Benefits, weekly pay, and shift premium are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Understanding of MIG welding principles is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and verification drawings.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading robot welding cells.
• Measuring parts for conformance.
• Positioning, aligning, or securing workpieces against fixtures.
• Following safety regulations and PPE guidelines.
• Interpreting blueprints to verify parts are in tolerance.
• Maintaining weld gauges and tooling for cleanliness and storage.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area daily.
• Communicating production, safety, or maintenance needs through ECRs and notes.

Full Job Description:

• Loading and unloading robot welding cells

• Provide accurate and timely communication to designated Tritons regarding production, safety, or maintenance requirements through ECR’s and verbal/written contact.

• Previous metal fabrication or welding experience
