Technique is seeking a Robot Weld Tech Lead at our Jackson, Michigan facility. The role leads the robot welding department day-to-day and serves as the person in charge when the manager is unavailable. You will plan production, troubleshoot PLCs, and train new hires to ensure smooth workflow.

The ideal candidate has strong PLC and GD&T expertise, and demonstrates leadership by example, delegation, and driving process improvements while adhering to Technique QMS.

Qualifications

• Advanced PLC controls and GD&T knowledge required.
• Ability to train, evaluate, and lead department staff.
• Proficiency with E2 for locating build information and process flow.
