Job summary

BENTELER Automotive in Michigan is seeking an entry-level Production professional for permanent, full-time work. The role centers on developing and optimizing automation concepts for existing and new production equipment, coordinating program launches, and aligning with multiple departments to test and implement solutions.

You will create training materials, proactively communicate changes, and support systems handling and data exchange with other equipment.

• Proactively communicates changes.
• Develops information and training material and trains relevant persons.
• Programs systems and advises on critical breakdowns/disturbances.
• SPS only: Develops concepts to ensure cross-linking and data exchange between equipment and subordinated systems.
• Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor.
