Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a repair or technical role.
• Strong technical knowledge of repair tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to mentor and train less experienced technicians.
• Work in a clean-room environment or repair facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostic and Repair: diagnose and repair complex equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance: perform regular inspections and identify issues.
• Quality Control: ensure repairs meet safety standards.
• Documentation: maintain repair logs and parts used.
• Customer Service: communicate repair status and timelines.
• Training and Mentorship: assist in mentoring Repair Technician I staff.
• Inventory Management: monitor and order repair parts.
• Collaboration: coordinate with other departments for workflow.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and company applications.
