Gabletek in Three Rivers, MI is seeking an experienced FANUC/Allen-Bradley Robotics & PLC Programmer for production-support on a one-month contract starting in November.

You will provide onsite support for robotic cells and PLC systems, troubleshoot faults, and optimize robot paths and PLC logic to keep lines running at rate. This role requires hands-on programming and strong debugging skills in a live production environment.

Formación

• Hands-on programming with FANUC robots and Allen-Bradley PLCs (RSLogix/Studio 5000) required.
• Experience troubleshooting in a live production environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work safely around automated equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite production support for FANUC robotic cells and Allen-Bradley PLC controlled systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve robot and PLC faults to minimize downtime.
• Modify and optimize robot paths and PLC logic as production needs change.
• Work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to keep lines running at rate.

Three Rivers, MI | 1 Month Contract

Per diem included for non-local candidates | 1st and 2nd shift available | Ideal Start Date: November 2nd

We’re looking for an experienced programmer who knows both FANUC robotics and Allen-Bradley PLCs to provide production support on a project in Three Rivers, MI. This is a one month contract, and the start date is November 2nd.

What You’ll Do

• Provide onsite production support for automated FANUC robotic cells and Allen-Bradley PLC controlled systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve robot and PLC faults to minimize downtime
• Modify and optimize robot paths and PLC logic as production needs change
• Work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to keep lines running at rate
• Support process improvements and document program changes

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on programming experience with both FANUC robots and Allen-Bradley PLCs (RSLogix/Studio 5000)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a live production environment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work safely around automated equipment
