Job summary

HireArt is recruiting a Robot Operator to support data collection for AI and robotics training. You will work hands-on with robotic arms to sort, assemble, and move items, while capturing and labeling video, sensor data, and 3D scans.

You will monitor data quality and assist engineers by maintaining lab equipment and daily processes. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and comfort with repetitive tasks for an 8-hour shift, onsite in the San Francisco area.

Job description

Expected compensation: 28.00 - 31.00 USD Per Hour

HireArt is helping a global leader in AI development find Robot Operators to support the collection of high-quality data used to train next-generation AI and robotics models.

In this role, you'll work hands-on with robotic arms to perform repetitive manipulation tasks and collect and organize training data. You'll also support engineers and researchers by monitoring data quality, maintaining lab equipment, and helping improve day-to-day data collection processes.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks for extended periods. You have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and are able to stay focused and consistent throughout an 8-hour shift.

As a Robot Operator, You'll

• Operate robotic arms to perform tasks such as sorting, assembling, and moving everyday objects.
• Capture and label data, including video, sensor readings, and 3D scans, for AI and robotics training.
