Job Summary

Operates any position within the warehouse by performing the followingduties:receives, stores, and distributes cheese/wheyand items that come into the plant on trucks.

Essential Functions

• WarehouseRobot Operator
• 40lb Robot

• Knowledge of 40lb Material Descriptions/Numbers
• 40lb Racking
• 40lb Labeling/Relabeling (domestic vs. export)
• Small forklift operations
• Knowledge of Tosca Boxes, Kraft Boxes, Arena Boxes
• Knowledge of 640lb Material Descriptions/Numbers
• 640lb Labeling/Relabeling
• Large forklift operations

Qualifications

• Ability torun, orlearn to run and troubleshoot all equipment in the Warehouse.
• Excellent attendance and safety record.
• Desireto grow with the company.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability towritereports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and thegeneral public.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Possessgeneralunderstanding of export requirements and policies.
• Ability to calculate correct percentages of product types to be used in product blends, based on existing recipes/formulas.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handlemultiplyprojectssimultaneouslyand delegate assignments to others.
• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
• Comply withall safety policies,practicesand procedures. Report all unsafe activities tosupervisorand/or Human Resources.
• Provide leadership to others throughexampleandsharing ofknowledge/skill.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
