Erthos in Chandler, AZ seeks a full-time Robot Manufacturing Technician to join our Product Development team. You will assemble, test, and improve ErthBot systems for cleaning and maintaining solar arrays, collaborating with R&D, Product Development, and Quality in an in-office setting.
This hands-on role requires mechanical skill, problem-solving, and documentation discipline. You will create manuals, support data collection, and help ensure best-in-class processes with safety and ISO standards.

We are seeking a full-time, hands-on Robot Manufacturing Technician to join our Product Development team in Chandler, Arizona. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the assembly, testing, and process improvement of the ErthBot product line — robotic systems designed to clean and maintain utility‑scale solar arrays (https://erthos.com/energy-guard/).
This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys building, problem-solving, and optimizing processes. You will work closely with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teams to assemble production-ready ErthBots, create clear documentation, and ensure best‑in‑class manufacturing practices.Because this is an extremely hands‑on position, this will be an in‑office role working five days a week in our Chandler, Arizona development center.
Due to the hands‑on nature of this position, all work will be performed five days a week, on‑site at the Erthos Product Development Center in Chandler, AZ.
Travel is expected to be minimal (less than 10%).
