Qualifications

• Practical field service and equipment repair experience.
• Reliability, clear communication, and accurate job records.
• Willingness to drive to customer sites and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install robots and verify proper operation.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on robots and systems.
• Explain problems and repairs to customers clearly.
• Document each visit with photos, notes, and customer sign-off.
• Keep tools and spare parts organized and ready.
• Follow site safety procedures and safety rules.
