Job summary

Service Robot Co. in New Castle, Pennsylvania seeks a field technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial robots at customer sites. You will work on site with remote support from a specialist, performing inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.

The role is contract-based and paid per work order, with training and industry certifications provided through our Academy. Prior robotics experience is not required, and you can share relevant projects or work samples.

The role

Visit customer sites to install, maintain, and repair commercial robots. You will work on site with support from a remote specialist.

What we are looking for

• Practical experience fixing or maintaining equipment. Field service, appliance repair, low-voltage work, and facilities maintenance are useful backgrounds.
• Reliability, clear communication, and accurate job records.
• Willingness to ask for help and report mistakes.
• Availability to drive to customer sites, work in different weather conditions, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  
  

Previous Robotics Experience Is Not Required.

Training

You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in-person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. The Academy is certificate training that we subsidize. Your first job is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
