Job summary

The Mundy Companies in Beaumont, TX seeks a Robot Driver for long-term placement in our warehouse operations. You will manage unloading/loading of robot scales, label containers, and coordinate with forklift staff to keep workflow flowing.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, forklift or heavy machinery exposure, and familiarity with RF scanners. Good communication, detail orientation, and a valid license are required in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load robot scales as priority; replace full containers with empties.
• Set aside full containers for labeling.
• After labeling, move full containers to the designated bin location with forklift.
• Layout multiple container types for orders.
• Deliver box materials to box prep personnel (e.g., ladders, pallets, box parts).

Job description

The Mundy Companies, a leader in the industrial maintenance, services, and construction fields, is currently hiring the following for a long-term position in the Beaumont, Texas area:

ROBOT DRIVER

The Robot Driver is responsible for the following:

1. The most important duty of the robot driver is to make the unloading and loading of the robot scales priority. When a container is full it must be replaced with an empty container. (IMMEDIETLY)
2. The full container must be set to the side to be labeled.
3. After labeling the full container will be taken to the designated Bin location by the forklift driver.
4. Must lay out multiple containers type for orders.
5. Bring in box materials for the box prep personnel. (example) Ladders, Pallets, Box parts.

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience.
• Completion of forklift driving course, a plus.
• Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners.
• Good organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license.

The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing is required. All qualified applicants must possess the ability to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and other pre-qualifications as required.
