FieldAI is seeking a Robot Autonomy Engineer to lead deployment and operation of autonomous robotic platforms for federal and commercial programs. You will work hands‑on with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable performance, rapid feedback incorporation, and scalable rollout of fielded solutions.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years of field robotics software experience, with proficiency in Python, C++, ROS, and Git.

We are looking for a Robot Autonomy Engineer to support testing, deployment, and integration of wheeled robotic platforms across both federal and commercial programs. The role is equal parts engineering and problem‑solving and involves working hands‑on with both customers and internal teams to ensure successful operations, rapidly incorporate field feedback to improve reliability and performance, and drive adoption so our systems become mission‑critical from day one.
Location: Irvine, CA (full‑time onsite). Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000 a year, plus benefits, equity, and generous time.
