This is an entry-level position with potential to advance into a Night Selector role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Wrap outbound orders in designated loading zones in compliance with company procedures, ensuring safe and organized product stowage for efficient deliveries.
  2. Build pallets according to preferred methods, wrapping from bottom to top to prevent damage during transport. Notify a supervisor of any issues.
  3. Complete work productively and timely, maintaining pallets in the work area according to dispatch times to support loader productivity.
  4. Verify header labels are correctly placed for easy identification.
  5. Keep the work area free of debris, assist loaders by unloading trailers staged at doors, and handle pallets, blankets, straps, and debris.
  6. Operate in extreme temperatures, both hot and freezing conditions.
  7. Maintain Robo wrappers in good condition, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness. Do not allow excess shrink wrap buildup, avoid cutting wrap with sharp tools, and do not place stickers on equipment.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and keep the dock area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least one year of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack, pay attention to detail, read batch labels, and perform basic math.
  • Must be team-oriented and cooperative.
