JES Holdings, a leader in affordable housing management through Fairway Management (FWM), seeks Roaming Maintenance Technicians to support regional properties. You will perform routine maintenance, rough carpentry, painting, and basic repairs while traveling within a defined region.
The role requires 5 years of multifamily or similar maintenance experience, HVAC EPA Type II certification, and strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems.
Schedule: Full Time 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

Job Summary:
Roaming Maintenance Techs within Fairway Management play a key role in the organization by providing support at a regional level and filling in to perform routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting and basic equipment or facility repairs, training, and preparation for state, and investor inspections. They are responsible for maintaining curb appeal of the property, buildings and common areas. This role involves regular travel.
