Salary

Based on experience and will be discussed with the manager during the interview.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform on-site quality control tests, inspections, and project-specific observations/evaluations.
• Monitor and inspect roadway construction for compliance with plans, safety, and contract requirements.
• Maintain records of observations and tests.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and client representatives.
• Interpret and work from drawings and specifications.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant roadway testing experience.
• Georgia Department of Transportation RTT Certified Technician.
• ACI certification.
• Radiation safety training for Nuclear Density Gauge use.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Physical Requirements

• Mobility in and around construction sites.
• Ability to carry instruments and equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform essential functions safely, meeting all applicable standards.
• Work in variable climate and environmental conditions.
