Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production section operations including staff development, profitability, morale, quality, and marketing support.
• Serve as Project Manager and lead production on projects.
• Lead section staff and coordinate services with other sections.
• Participate in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
• Engage with industrial and public clients on marketing and production.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate work via proactive project management.
• Implement, monitor and support company policy.
• Select, train and manage technical personnel.
• Develop multidiscipline teams.
• Collaborate with National Directors and marketing staff.
• Perform other duties as needed.
