Job summary

Northeast Paving in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Roller Operator to safely compact dirt, aggregate, and blacktop on active job sites.

You will read grade stakes, coordinate with the grade checker, and work with a crew to maintain grade and smooth surfaces. This full‑time, on‑site role includes comprehensive benefits and stability.

Must have 3–5 years of related experience and be able to perform daily inspections, maintain equipment, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of roller operator experience.
• Able to communicate with supervisors and crew.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates roller to compress materials to grade.
• Reads grade stakes and works with grade checker to maintain grade.
• Maintains equipment, performs daily inspections and reports maintenance.
• Works with crew, follows safety protocols.
