GBA is seeking a Roadway Project Manager in the St. Louis area to lead design efforts on transportation projects, including interchanges and ADA facilities. The role requires a PE license and 7+ years of DOT or Municipal design experience.

You will coordinate with internal and external teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects and lead design efforts for transportation projects, including intersections, local streets, collectors, arterials, rural roadways, trails, sidewalks, and ADA facilities.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, survey data, and other technical information to support design development and preparation of construction documents.
• Coordinate internally with multidisciplinary teams to align technical disciplines, project priorities, deliverables, and schedules.
• Coordinate externally with clients, subconsultants, agencies, and other project partners to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and support successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and an understanding of client needs and project expectations.
