Stantec is looking for a full‑time professional with strong project management and roadway engineering capabilities to lead various‑sized roadway study and design projects for state departments of transportation and local municipalities. As a project team leader, the Project Manager will work closely together with a project engineer, roadway designers, traffic engineers and other team members to deliver location and alignment studies, preliminary and final design plans, and other technical documents common to roadway engineering projects. The Project Manager will serve as the primary client and public‑facing contact for the project. The Project Manager will provide supervision as needed; act as an advisor and be actively involved in meeting schedules and resolving problems as they arise. They will be responsible for managing the scope and integration of subconsultants and employees. It is also anticipated that the Project Manager will support business development and the delivery of proposals.
