Bravo Technical Resources Inc. is seeking an Engineer III to manage end-to-end roadway permitting and access approvals for power innovation projects in Pittsburgh, onsite.

The role involves developing permitting strategies, coordinating with engineering and environmental teams, and negotiating agreements with railroads and agencies. The candidate will lead traffic engineering support, MOT planning, and restoration considerations while ensuring compliance with local, state, and railroad

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and at least five to eight years of environmental experience.
• Strong negotiation and ability to balance risk, cost, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coordinating with local/state agencies and railroad representatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes roadway/railroad permitting strategies for power innovation projects, aligning schedule, constructability, and compliance needs.
• Partners with Engineering Project Managers, Environmental Permit Managers, and consultants to identify and site public road crossings, driveway entrances, and access points that can be installed and maintained safely.
• Plans contractor haul routes and access logistics, incorporating weight-restricted roads/bridges and local roadway constraints.
• Interfaces with local and state agencies to align traffic engineering, public safety, roadway conditions and maintenance.
