Job summary

APAC-Atlantic is seeking an Asphalt Paving Laborer to join our Savannah, GA team. The role involves performing a variety of manual construction duties to support highway and site prep work, following supervisor instructions and quality standards.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, construction experience or equipment operation experience, and the ability to work various shifts on GA/SC projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Expereience in construction or operating equipment desired.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform a variety of construction duties to assist highway, utility, grade crews or on-site plant locations.
• Work per supervisor's instruction, with limited direct supervision for complex tasks.
• Operate and assist with equipment as trained, including paver, roller, backhoe, water truck as needed.
• Perform other laborer tasks such as cutting concrete or asphalt with saw, sweeping, etc.
