Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in road maintenance, repair, and safety practices preferred.
• Ability to read and follow project instructions and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews performing road construction, maintenance, and snow removal.
• Provide training, directions, and performance feedback to staff.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with MUTCD and county policies.
• Plan maintenance, secure materials, and manage equipment for daily projects.
• Prepare daily reports on materials, costs, status, and incidents.
