Qualifications

• Two years of experience as Maintenance Repairman 1 or four years in building/plant maintenance with two or more trades.
• Ability to use hand tools and motorized equipment safely.
• Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Skilled trades: measure, cut, fit, and construct concrete forms and wooden structures.
• Concrete work: mix, place and finish concrete for walls and culverts.
• Stone masonry: cut, fit, grout, and point stone for maintenance projects.
• Operate tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards.
• Assist coworkers and support the crew as directed.
