Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to direct, evaluate and train others.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications thereafter.
• Ability to obtain valid CDL and DOT medical card within 11 months of employment and maintain thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform roadway maintenance activities and supervise a crew.
• Plan maintenance programs and personnel needs; manage budgets and equipment.
• Coordinate traffic control devices for work zones and detours as per MUTCD.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and records; monitor expenditures.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA/VOSH and company policies.
