Job summary

FlatironDragados in San Antonio, Texas is seeking dedicated team members for their VIA Rapid Transit project. In this role, you will perform essential physical tasks on construction sites, including cleaning, loading materials, and building temporary structures.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Loads or unloads building materials to be used in construction.
• Builds or takes part in bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Digs trenches, backfills holes, or compacts earth to prepare construction.
• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.

How You Will Make an Impact

Performs a variety of tasks requiring physical labor on construction sites.

• Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Loads or unloads building materials to be used in construction.
• Builds or takes part bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Digs trenches, backfills holes, or compacts earth to prepare construction.
• Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
