Bartlett Consolidated DE, LLC provides traffic infrastructure repair and services across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The Estimator identifies, analyzes, and prepares cost estimates for infrastructure and road construction projects, interpreting DOT standards and ensuring competitive bids.

The role collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining regulatory knowledge and accurate pricing while supporting on-time bid submissions from Plymouth, MA headquarters.

Formación

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and DOT drawings.
• Strong cost estimation knowledge for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Experience with estimating software and CRM platforms.
• Attention to detail and ability to assess project risks and complexities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze trends and prepare summary reports.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors and clients.
