RoadSafe Traffic Systems is the largest national provider of traffic safety products and services in the United States. We are hiring a General Laborer to support traffic control, roadway construction, pavement marking, sign installation, and other roadway safety operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor work, is dependable, and can perform physically demanding tasks. You will load and organize materials, set up temporary traffic control devices, operate hand and power tools, and help

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overtime, and travel as needed.
• Reliable transportation to reporting locations.

Responsabilités

• Assist with roadway construction, traffic control, pavement marking, sign installation, and other field operations.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, equipment, and tools.
• Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, sweeping, cleanup, and site preparation.
• Set up and remove temporary traffic control devices (signs, cones, barricades, drums).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as trained.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
