BNSF Railway in Fargo, ND is seeking an Engineering Roadway Equipment Management Trainee to learn the safety, operation, and maintenance of our extensive fleet. The role combines hands-on fieldwork and structured training under experienced engineers, with travel up to 75% and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Completed degree or in progress before hire with GPA of 2.75+.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States with valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Assist in supervising Maintenance and Roadway Equipment forces.
• Maintain roadway equipment to preventive maintenance standards within budget.
• Participate in safety, quality, and training for Roadway Equipment Team Members.
• Review and approve purchases and time entry for assigned staff.
