Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Become familiar with local and state design requirements.
• Perform design calculations, plan production, cost estimates and quality control support under supervision.
• Learn and use MicroStation, OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Engage with peers and leaders through mentoring programs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
