Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Roadway Field Inspector to join our Tennessee MEI Team. You will conduct condition assessments of drainage and roadway assets across Tennessee, using mobile data entry and photos to support maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include reading inspection manuals, locating assets, driving long distances, and maintaining field equipment. This role requires outdoor work, physical fitness, and the ability to work independently with strong time management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR report.
• Be physically fit and able to drive long distances, walk 4+ miles, and lift items.
• Be self-motivated, hardworking and organized; able to work alone and communicate with peers as needed.
• Familiarity with technology, mobile apps, and data entry protocols.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend inspection manuals guiding programs you support.
• Conduct drainage asset condition assessments and enter descriptions/photos into a mobile app.
• Locate assets using mobile tools and traverse terrain to capture clear inspection photos.
• Maintain field equipment, mobile device and fleet vehicle to company standards.
