Qualifications

• BS Civil or Transportation Engineering with 4 years roadway PM experience.
• Georgia PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of roadway design and management experience in Georgia (preferred).
• Experience with GDOT Plan Development Process.

You will oversee projects from planning through completion while driving performance, collaboration, and quality across every stage of delivery.

• Lead the delivery of roadway design projects.


• Manage project performance, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.


• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and project resources.


• Mentor engineers and promote project excellence


• Providing technical oversight, support, and training to engineers

• Minimum: BS Civil or Transportation Engineering or related discipline + 4 years roadway project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.


• Georgia PE License or the ability to obtain in 6 months.

• Preferred: 10+ years of experience designing and managing roadway projects across Georgia


• Experience and training with GDOT Plan Development Process.
