Stantec in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Roadway Engineering Intern to join our team. You will work alongside experienced practitioners and clients, gaining hands-on experience with roadway design and related tasks.

The role requires pursuing a BSCE with foundational knowledge of highway design and construction, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to learn across disciplines. Office setting with field exposure is possible.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Foundational understanding of highway geometric design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Gather project data and perform routine calculations.
• Prepare and assemble reports and drawings.
• Assist with design projects utilizing OpenRoads Designer.
• Observe and attend meetings with design team and other project stakeholders.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
