Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Professional Engineer license; NC PE preferred with plan to obtain within first year.
10+ years of experience in consulting or engineering.
Experience on DOT design projects; familiarity with multiple DOTs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Scope, fees, and profitability of individual projects and a project portfolio.
Serve as point person and firm’s client contact while functioning as project manager.
Coordinate internal transportation disciplines with sub-consultants and clients.
Assist Deputy Operations Manager in maintaining PM best practices.
Mentor other employees and support staff development.
