Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PE licensure, and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of roadway and related design experience.
Licensure or ability to obtain licensure as a PE in other states.
Traffic signal design knowledge desired.
Responsibilities
Perform engineering analysis and design for roadways and intersections.
Prepare construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Understand and apply principles of traffic signalization.
Maintain and document communications with clients.
Conduct project status reviews and monitor project completion.
Skills
Engineering analysis in 2D and 3D
Proficient in Microstation, Geopak, Open Roads, AutoCAD Civil 3D
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE)
