Moffatt & Nichol is seeking a Roadway Engineer for their Richmond office to develop project designs and plans as part of the Transportation Group. The successful candidate will engage in DOT highway design, city roadway improvements, and other transportation projects.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience working with an engineering consulting firm.
• Experience in transportation roadway design.
• Experience working with State DOT projects is a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project designs, plans, quantities, cost estimates and specifications.
• Assist project manager with plan preparation, cost estimates, and report writing.
• Design and prepare documents for minor and major roadway and drainage projects.
