Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Roadway Project Engineer to join our Civil Roadway team in Neenah. The role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in civil transportation design and a B.S. in Civil Engineering. You will work closely with senior staff, deliver projects, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of civil transportation design experience.
• Licensed PE in Wisconsin or able to obtain licensure through comity within one year.
• Experience with public agencies, private entities, and municipalities.
• Experience in developing plans per DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transportation projects by working closely with senior staff.
• Mentor junior staff and interact with clients and project stakeholders.
• Accountable for budgets and schedules provided by the Project Manager.
