Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman trades with highway construction and demolition.
• Perform site prep, earthwork, trenching, and debris removal.
• Handle materials up to 60 lbs; climb ladders and scaffolding.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and handheld equipment (jackhammer, tamper).
• Support paving, concrete placement, and form work; assist traffic control.
• Travel frequently to various project sites and work flexible hours.
