Job summary

Ledcor is seeking Skilled Laborers to join our core crew in Sparks, Nevada. In this role, you will work alongside carpenters and concrete finishers on telecommunications structures, gaining valuable field experience in a fast‑paced construction environment.

The position requires travel throughout Nevada and other states, alongside routine job site responsibilities, such as assisting with construction activities and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or residential building projects.
• Experience providing support to carpenters and concrete finishers preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the construction of telecommunications shelters and related infrastructure.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Support site preparation activities and general maintenance.

Skills

Strong work ethic

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Knowledge of hand and power tools

Education

Current OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
