Qualifications

• Previous construction or highway construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials and equipment.
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance required.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts as project needs require.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsabilités

• Assist with general highway and roadway construction activities.
• Perform manual labor tasks including shoveling, raking, digging, site cleanup, and material handling.
• Assist equipment operators, foremen, and supervisors as directed.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain work zones and job sites.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and TxDOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project operations.
