Job summary

NESL is hiring a Construction Laborer (Concrete Road Saw) to support heavy highway and concrete projects across Pennsylvania. You will assist with site prep, concrete finishing, and traffic control setup, working closely with a collaborative team to complete jobs safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities include operating small equipment, learning roadway construction basics, and gaining exposure to the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
• Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in heavy highway and concrete jobs across Pennsylvania.
• Shovel and site preparation, and concrete finishing.
• Place/dismantle roadway signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices.
• Operate and maintain small equipment.
• Work as a team to complete jobs safely and on time.
• Learn roadway construction and paving basics.
• Learn about Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA.
