• Monitor materials and workmanship to verify quality standards, including soil compaction, asphalt paving, concrete placement, and drainage systems.
• Document inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records of construction progress and any deviations from specifications.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address and resolve construction issues or non-compliance.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
• Perform other duties as required.
