Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform strenuous manual labor on heavy highway construction projects
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards
• Assist other craft workers and operate hand/power tools as needed
• Position, join, align, and seal structural components
• Dig trenches and backfill excavations per plan
• Load and distribute materials according to project plans
• Attend weekly safety meetings
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor
