Job summary

Cognitioworld seeks an intern to support Roads & Highways Engineering staff with administrative duties and roadway plan production tasks. The role involves collaborating with engineers, performing simple drafting and CAD/ORD work, and assisting in compiling design data for construction plans.

Ideal candidate is a junior civil engineering student ABET-accredited, pursuing a degree, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer

Qualifications

• No experience required if accepted into a Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field.
• Must be a Junior pursuing a civil engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2027)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads Designer (preferred)
