The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, 2+ years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and MicroStation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET/CEAB-accredited program.
• Two years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and MicroStation.
• Hydrologic/hydraulic computations, computer modeling, and results presentation.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal staff on design projects, plans, and specifications for urban and rural roadways.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and design-related documents under PM supervision.
• Coordinate with city, county, and state authorities to identify design criteria and limitations.
