CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking two Construction Office Engineers to join our Construction Management Team, supporting roadway and bridge projects in Riverside and Indio, CA.

You will assist with project controls, contract administration, and coordination to keep projects compliant and on client-track. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project administration, strong organization, and experience with MS Office and PM tools.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or coordination roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of project management software.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow within project management support functions.

Responsabilidades

• Support project managers, resident engineers, and construction teams with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities to keep projects organized and moving forward
• Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and monitoring project progress against established goals, timelines, and budgets
• Prepare, organize, and distribute project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and presentations
• Coordinate project meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items
• Facilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners to support collaboration and alignment
• Help identify potential project risks or issues and support project teams with tracking and resolution efforts
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation aligns with quality standards, policies, and procedures
